We use your information solely to operate and improve the app: to authenticate you, sync your playlists, enable offline downloads, and let you personalise your profile. We use it for app functionality only.
To run the app we rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf, including Supabase (secure authentication and playlist storage) and our web host. Music streams are served from the artist's own catalogue. Sign-in is provided by Google and Apple, who handle your credentials under their own privacy policies.
You can request deletion of your Farooq Music account and all personal data associated with it at any time.

What is not affected: songs downloaded to your device stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Deleting your account does not stop you from using the app — music streaming works without an account; only playlists, profile, and offline downloads require signing in.
If you only want to delete some data (for example, just your playlists or your profile photo), you can do that inside the app at any time, or email us with your specific request instead of full account deletion.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Offline downloads are encrypted on your device, and sign-in credentials are handled securely by Google and Apple.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
